Management Team

Prabhat Dayal (Retired IAS Officer), CEO/Chairman

An Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani (1966), he began his career as an Assistant Engineer in Rajasthan PWD, serving 22 years and constructing Asia’s longest submersible bridge over the Chambal River. Later inducted into the Indian Administrative Service, he held key posts including Collector, Dholpur, and Chief Executive of the Rajasthan Energy Development Agency, where he led pioneering wind and solar power initiatives. He also spearheaded electricity sector reforms, negotiating with the World Bank for restructuring projects that led to the creation of Rajasthan’s Electricity Regulatory Commission. Honoured with the State Level Merit Certificate, he served as Founder Secretary of the Commission and retired as Member, Rajasthan Civil Services Administrative Tribunal. A passionate traveller, he now resides in Delhi with his family.
